BatikSlot Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BatikSlot ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "BatikSlot"), governing your access to and use of the BatikSlot website located at https://batikslot.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bonuses, and customer support.

By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing the BatikSlot platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

To register and maintain an account on BatikSlot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the Platform. Multiple accounts person — whether on the same device, IP address, household, or payment method — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory process conducted by BatikSlot in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our licensing obligations. KYC may be requested:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request.
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed designated thresholds.
• At any time we deem it necessary to verify your identity or the source of funds.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

BatikSlot is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Most verified withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) minutes during normal operational periods. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of BatikSlot's compliance team.
• Only funds that constitute your real money balance (not active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must generally be made via the same method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard AML control measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section.
• BatikSlot reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

BatikSlot offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and ongoing promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier varies by bonus type (commonly 10x to 35x the bonus amount) and is stated at the time of offer.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While playing with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is typically RM 300 – RM 500. Exceding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette may contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may vary.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses have a validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting). Any bonus not cleared within its validity window will be forfeited automatically, along with any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus offer may be active per account at any given time. Players may not stack multiple welcome promotions.
• Bonus Abuse: BatikSlot operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of bonus terms. Suspected abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonus offers cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winings. This cap is stated in the individual bonus terms and conditions.

BatikSlot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to claw back bonuses where misuse or abuse is determined.

All games available on BatikSlot — including slot games, live casino tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the following general gameplay terms:

• All game outcomes on BatikSlot are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. BatikSlot does not manipulate game outcomes.
• It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of any game before wagering Real Money. Game rules are available within each game's interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or server error during active gameplay, BatikSlot will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine and honour the game outcome. Where this is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to the Player's account.

• Winings from voided bets are not retained; the original stake is returned. BatikSlot reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are postponed, cancelled, or whose outcome cannot be verified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BatikSlot platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referal to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated activity between two or more players intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money.
• Fraud — including the use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent bank accounts, or misappropriated e-wallet credentials.
• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain without reporting them to BatikSlot.
• Impersonating another player, BatikSlot staff member, or any other individual.
• Systematic bonus abuse across single or multiple accounts, including the use of proxy services or VPNs to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

All content on the BatikSlot Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, trade name, graphics, text, software interfaces, game elements, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of BatikSlot or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Use the BatikSlot name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by BatikSlot.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BatikSlot, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winings, revenue, or data resulting from network failures, server downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond BatikSlot's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by the Player to wager Real Money on the Platform.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures affecting deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

BatikSlot's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension or Termination by BatikSlot: BatikSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

In cases of termination for breach, BatikSlot reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and licensing requirements.

BatikSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, we may notify registered Players of significant changes via email or an on-site notification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under BatikSlot's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
